Don't you hate when threads say nothing about what they are about? I really do when I see "question", "how do I..." or those kind of things. It doesn't give me the feeling to enter unless i have already posted in all others that interested me. Really, STOP DOING THIS!

I'm more troubled when the title is misleading. And when you enter the thread the topic ends up being something completely different to what you expected. It doesn't happen often so that's good. If the title doesn't say much about the topic, sometimes that only makes me more curious and I'd check to see what's going on, other times I just ignore them. All in all, it doesn't bother me.

Welcome to the world of "rate my team."
I've seen lots of joke titles that users make just to get people to come to their thread.

In polls, I like interesting title threads that relate to, but don't necessarily reveal what the poll is about.

For pretty much everything else, though, I want straightforward thread titles.
