Not true. Entei, Suicune and Raikou's IVs are preset in FR/LG. I'm not sure but [email protected]"s IVs may also be preset.

I didn't say all legendaries are set, like a fact. I said I think. Key words there.

Oddly enough, Slowbro is already on my team.

As for Celebi, I prefer to not use Legendaries, given how hard they are to breed (read: impossible). Besides, the only Celebi I have is Hasty, and may or may not be hacked (got it from a friend).

Check it's OT o_o; I think the non-hacked ones are Agate and 10ANIV. I may be wrong :x

OT: Elroy, who happens to be the friend I got it from. Well, I only wanted him for my Pokedex, anyway.

0.o It is? A good Sp.Wall that is non-Legendary is Dusknoir. 405 max Sp.def...

Alright, that sounds pretty good. My friend already has a Dusknoir, but then again, that's the same confliction I found myself with Milotic. So, Dusknoir it is.

Until I get a Blissey...

Seismic Toss is in Emerald/Fr/Lg. I have Emerald. A good alternate for ST is Counter/Ice Beam. The common Spread is 252 HP/252 def/6 Sp.Atk or Sp.Def. Running the moveset Ice Beam, Counter, or Seismic Toss like said/Aromatherapy/Softboiled/Thunder Wave....

I have Emerald too, and my friend has Leaf Green. The major pain in the butt is racking up the 48 BP required to get that Seismic Toss. And since I doubt that Seismic Toss is breedable, I need to raise him in Emerald, too.

Get 3 silver symbols, and then bet with the people by the battle pyramid. That'll save you some time, my friend.

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if a wall team is feasible in competitive battling. I'm thinking of putting the following critters into my team:

Umbreon (Impish)
Dusknoir (Impish)
Spiritomb (Relaxed/Sassy)
Bronzong (Levitate, Relaxed/Sassy)
Metagross (Serious/Docile/Bashful/Hardy) (as I intend to place some special attacks on him)
Empoleon (Serious/Docile/Bashful/Hardy) (as I intend to place some physical attacks on him)
Vaporeon (Calm) as an alternative to Empoleon?

Both my ghosts will have Pain Split as a source of recovery, and several status/attack moves as well. I'm in a dilemma on whether to give Umbreon Wish or Moonlight. For Bronzong, Rest seems like its only way to recovery. Metagross and Empoleon won't have any recovery moves, as I intend to fill them up with mixed attacks and stat-boosters. If I ever decide to use Vaporeon over Empoleon, Wish will be its recover move.

Please criticize and suggest alternatives if necessary. I'm a total noob when it comes to competitive battling, so any advice from you guys will be really valuable to me!

Umbreon has another option for a Nature: Bold. And Dusknoir has an alternate too: Careful.. Spiritomb=Calm.. Bronzong=Impish/relaxed.. Metagross=Adamant..

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
Modest Nature (+Special Attack -Attack)
- Agility
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot. This is the Standard Empoleon, so i'm afraid you're gonna have to have a Special Sweeper on your Team. :P Vaporeon is Bold always, and is best as a Bp'er:

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Baton Pass
- Wish...

Gengar, pory Z, etc. You have 7 pokemon...I don't think that's allowed lol. Your team has a few weaks though, but nothing eye-opening.

What is a good moveset for typlosion? This is what I think.

Typhlosion
expert belt
Flamethrower
focus blast
thunder punch
grass knot.(I want to have something different so why not this?)

What is with all these expert belt sets these days? Choice scarf + eruption = doom. that's all you need to know.

EDIT: thunderpunch is foolish on typhlosion, as it is a physical attack...

Ice Beaming Blissey likes to have some Sp.Attack EVs as well to OHKO Garchomp & friend.

There's one good reason for why you shouldn't use Grass Knot on Typhlosion; it doesn't learn the move. Choice Scarfed Typhlosion with Eruption, Hidden Power [ICE/GRASS], Focus Punch and Overheat equals win.

Oh Smarties, you know it = win, not equals win lol jk

I was wondering, why is dugtrio used so much? Even with choice band and max attack, it doesn't have great attack and just seems limited to me. Sure it gets arena trap, but that's all I really see in it. Just wondering.

Arena Trap plus speed and diverse mosepool are its best aspects, Im still not a fan. It has its good parts against Blissey, unless of course ICe Beam goes PETOOUGH throuhg Dugtrios heads.

I don't really see a diverse movepool. sure, it gets HP bug and aerial ace which covers a lot, but those moves have relatively low power anyways...that's just my take though. kk, thanks

Aerial Ace, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Stone Edge I believe is the basic set, covers quite a bit.

Noobish question: What is a TSS team?

What is a good EV spread, nature, and moveset for Feraligatr. I've trying to think of it, but Feraliagtr is too slow for a sweeper and doesn't build up to be a strong tank.

Here's the moves I know it needs:

Dragon Dance
Icepunch
The other ones, I am clueless about, but the only ones I can venture a guess to is STAB waterfall and CRunch/Super Power. Please help.

If Ice Punch is on Feraligatr, always go Earthquake.

And Gatr makes good use of waterfall too. It's like a DD version of swampert...kinda-ish. As for TSS, I think it is toxic-stall-sandstorm. Probably wrong though...
