I've never worked with natures before, or EV training. But I have picked my favorite team that I want to EV train, I just need to know the best natures for them.

Riolu/Lucario
Mime Jr./Mr. Mime
Staryu/Starmie
Dratini/Dragonair/Dragonite
Kangaskhan
and Rotom(May be replaced by Spritomb)

Depends on what moves you need.
Lucario = Modest, timid or Jolly
Mr.Mime = Timid or Calm
Starmie = Bold or timid
Dragonite = Jolly or Adamant
Kangaskhan = Adamant or mild
Rotom = Adamant ???
Spiritomb = Bold

Lucario
Physical Sweeper: Jolly/Adamant
Special Sweeper: Timid/Modest
Mixed Sweeper: Native/Lonely

Mr. Mime: Timid/Modest/Bold

Bold would be good for Mr.Mime's below average defense.

Starmie
Special Sweeper: Timid/Modest

Dragonite: Jolly/Adamant

Kangaskhan: Adamant/Jolly

Rotom: Modest

It's best if you look at their stats and movepool. It would have been eaiser to think of natures yourself.

Thanks a bunch! I didn't really know what I'm going for here, but thanks, now I can start EV training!
