The first attack is useful, while the second one can solve the big problem when facing a Steel Pokemon: Steel Energy. This card is a supporter, so don't count it to save your game. 7/10.

To Alex, true but at least with the second attack, 50 outright damage is nothing to sneeze and can do well in a pinch.

Not to mention the half Steel type and slap on those Steel energies.

8/10 myself.

I love it. It's first attack is decent, and it's FAST. The second attack is situational though. Meh...

First attack seems reasonableif you have at more than 2 energies.
Still the second attack asks to many energies just for 50 dam
