    Another anti-EX card? They're rather trying to compensate, aren't they? EX-Defender immediately springs to mind. Not a negative issue, but an flashback one by the "end of your opponent's turn" wording. Cute.
     
    And he is back.

    I think for anti Ex cards it's bets to stick for the monsters. But it is useful in some situations.
