It's all first gen pokemon, but nont played in first generation.

Hmm...well, I haven't gotten any constructive criticism, and this thread is dropping, so I'll bump it back up. Also, the server list on Shoddy hasn't shown up for a while no matter how much I mash the refresh button (as of yesterday), so I can't make any changes until it starts working again.

Calm Mind > Slack Off on that Slowbro (unless you're deathly afraid of p/hazers)...

After a few CMs, Leftovers will heal you back up anyway.

Well the last time I used Slowbro on a team (other than one occasion on Shoddy) was on my NetBattle team.

Thunderwave, Calm Mind (on switch), Calm Mind/Thunderwave, Calm Mind, Surf/Psychic.
After those three CMs he is a good sweeper.

Super effective or not, this aint gonna kill blissey. Its the queen of special walls for a reason. Assuming perfect IVs on both sides, you'll do 59% max, which will all be gone after softboiled and leftovers. It will just stall you. Besides, special sweepers dont stay out against special walls, do they?

This team is too electric weak for my liking, 3 weaks and no resist. But thats what you get when you limit yourself to a third of the options. Still, maybe its me being prejudiced against theme teams lol.

Slowking is more special defensively orientated, whilst Slowbro is more defensive.

Any slowbro without slack off = epic fail =/. its a wall, therefore needs instant recovery....

I figured that. I heard people rejoiced when Slowbro had Slack Off. Makes him more of a wall. Besides, doesn't TANKS rely soley on Leftovers as a means of revovery?

Well for my Slowbro, I used:
212 HP / 232 Def / 12 Spd / 54 SDef

With Bold nature.



@Azelf, I used this setup for months, and went 104-11 with it, so whatever.

But seriously, without Slack off its not going to last long. It needs it as its a wall. Repeated switch ins to physical sweepers is going to wear it down, especially this gen.


Also good luck switching in and out of Garchomp without instant recovery =/

True, and also that was back before D/P gen.

So, it may be better to do the Slack Off thing for Shoddy, etc.
