70 HP is okay for a Basic that doesn't evolve.

The Stages of Evolution is beggining to become more current... but it's always nice, especially when you have no R Energies on your hand. LOL

Linear Attack is the biggest expression of it self... most linear it couldn't be, and causing damage to a chosen target is always good!

Burning Sensation is, indeed, a funny name, and causes average damage having an effect plus! The effect is good, especially in the middle of the game, where most Active Pokémon have some damge on them or just came out from the bench!

Overall: Nice card! 6/10

Unless you use Magby, this thing is crap. If you use Magby, then you have a decent attack for three energies.

Could have been better
Still it's a basic and has a good attacks plus a great pokepower so you can put him in any decks if you have the baby pokemon.
