It's obviously meant to be a cleric, but a few things hold it back. It's only got 70HP, which is good for a basic I suppose, but bad for one that doesn't evolve. You'll also need 3 precious energies on this thing in order to use it properly.

I'm not aware of any Lv. Xs, so I may be off base here.

As for the regular version, I see it as very generic, useful at a prerelease, but nothing more.

Its only good for its first attack, and we have Absol HP to do that.

It still isn't great.
