    HP is OK, so is the body, but it only affects evolved Pokemon.

    The attacks are just too generic, but note that the second attack bypasses resistance, so it can be potentially useful against those with F resistance.

    Weakness is OK in the new system as there are less Grass class now, because the Poison types are now classified as Psychic. However, RC is on the high side, but still manageable.

    5/10 - another generic card...
