70 HP and one retreat cost... not bad for a basic Pokémon
Scratch could at least have a base power of 20, but...
Furry Cutter is nice, but it requires too much coin tossing

Really cheap card but for all the flipping, why is this a rare? Should be an uncommon easily. Other than, two energies and you're set. Not a rarity compared to past set non holo rares given the recent milieu (Sableye) but still always interesting to comment on.

6/10 to round off. How lucky are you with it?
