    Hee.

    Ignoring the normal Poke-Power, this is more of a tech card. You can dump most of your hand for trainers, Pokemon, and an Energy, and get around...4 cards or so back with this thing. The problem is that the attack requires an Energy that you'll essentially be wasting, as either it'll get KOed relatively fast or you'll get rid of it for the retreat cost. I think that I'd rather use Budew over this, since you get a free Trainer for no Energy with it.

    6/10 (Useful, but there are better choices)
