The design background reminds me of the pokemon tower in lavender town. Other than that. The card really sucks. Poisoning your opponent with only one energy required is good. But the second attack is pretty much useless. The HP is decent nothing to be proud of.

^Agreed. Basic WK & RC, no resistance (what's with the lack of fighting resistances where they belong?), good for poisoning but bad for actual attacking, and slightly-higher-than-usual HP for a Golbat. However, it's overall useless unless part of some combo that I'm unaware of,...which wouldn't surprise me...
