Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

This got Blastoise DP3 written all over it... one uses water energy, and the other recovers water energy. They are both released in DP3 so that should be enough of a giveaway? Water Dip needs a mass amount of water energy in the hand in order to be abused. This thing basically makes half of your hand to be water energy. Reasonable HP for a basic, and only 1 retreat cost is nice. Cure Stream is really "eh" but not bad either... 3 energy for 60 normally can be a bit stronger, but the -20 damage can be nice. Considering how Water Dip will really make the 3 water energy cost almost the same as one water energy by the time of midgame, it's not as big of a concern as other attacks.

There are better choices instead of Suicune in other water decks though... or decks that use water energy. It's not as urgent to rack up 3 water energy in a turn, or not as easy/early to pick up 3 water energy fast without a theme that utilize lots of water energy, such as Blastoise DP3 related decks... Still decent without blastoise (dunno, maybe it can work with some EX things? lol, I only start reading this section since DP)

    6.5/10 without Blastoise DP3
    9/10 with Blastoise DP3
