Evil!!! But awesome evil.

Magmortar, it's like Blaziken EX, but at least with the power, it doesn't have to sit there. Wonderful.

And Electvire, well, it's the closest we'll get to original Dark Ampharos' power. But that attack -- what a way to rid of those pesky Stadium and Tools. While it's conditional, it's good cheap damage, regardless.

So, 9/10 for Mag, and 10/10 for Elec. Whoo.

 

[Cipher 2008]

Lv.X cards usually depend on the original stage of the card (that's going on the Lv.Xs we know about already), but Electivire Lv.X doesn't. No point in levelling it up, really, as it only gets 20 extra HP, a worse weakness, same resistance and RC, and to be fair, the attack isn't great either. 5/10 for Electivire.

As far as Magmortar goes, same. Only 30HP extra, and a bad weakness, but the attack is good. I'd probably give it 7/10.
