    Seems a poweful hoser for EXs, and Mining can help out if you haven't got a steel energy yet. Fire weakness is bad with 60 hp. 70 would put it out of the range of a lot of basic fire cards. As a first-turn drop however, Mining could set up your game quite well. I'd say a situational card, primarily for dealing with big EXs, and not a complete pain if you have to start with. Leave it on the bench otherwise.
