Cool card! I've seen it before and still looks as good!

The power is the normal one so lets talk about the rest:
110 HP, good amount, since Speed deoxys has a good amount of HP I think;
Very good art, from an artist I personaly like;
Fastwave it's like a more powerfull Swift, which is a very good attack, but I think 60 damage would be betta;
Psychic weakness is a normal occurence in Psychic Pok?mon since it represents Ghost type that is joined with Psychic in TCG;
RC 1 is very good, since it only has to pay 1 Enegy of any type, which doesn't affect it much 'cause it can use any Energy type to attack.

I think it's a good card.
