    Not very useful. The fact it is Delta will suprise others. The only use is when the opponent has at least 1 EX in play. 4/10
     
    It could see some use in Ludicargo, for a quick 90 with a Scramble, but other than that, it's basically binder stuff. 5/10
     
    Evidently neither of you play competitively. =/
    Ever heard of Ludicargo or Ludicolo from Deoxys?

    Firstly, average HP and stats for a stage 2.
    But a very good splashable type (fire) that can be run with its DX counterpart in Ludicargo decks, it is highly likely in modified that your opponent will run some sort of ex, making 90 for RCC awesome (60 for 3 energies is just as good!) Knock off on its own is an ok attack. But combod with its DX version and macargo to place any card from your deck into your hand makes this an excellent splashable card in Ludicargo
