HP: With Ho-Oh's longetivity, thought that could be longer.
Golden Wing: Back up plan, for the most part. But ways around that.
Rainbow Burn: Good for multi decks and just as a pain in the posterior. Quite viable.
Retreat Cost: Expected.
7/10. Viable certainly but too basic for much creativity or flair.

it's ok but i would give it only a 6 because Rainbow burn only does 30 damage for single decks and they could have raised the heath but it is a cool card though
