It's not to great. It's kind of like a Fossil Muk that doesn't work on evolved Pokemon's Pokemon Powers. Plust the attacks aren't too amazing. The only use I see for that is taking out a Mr. Mime, but Muk can do that too.

HP: 80. Staying put.
Intimidating Ring: Good staller. If viable but if not, the attacks compensate nicely.
Drag Off: Nice Gust of Wind effect with damage.
Rock Smash: Strong damage.
8/10. The effects and the damage capability rather give this one quite the slot.
