4th Gen A couple Pokerus questions.

I was never sure exactly, but is it true that once the purple pkrs symbol is replaced by the face, that its no longer contagious, but you still have the effects of the doubling EVs?
Or does the doubling effect go away too?

Does the Pkrs wear off while your pokemon are in the day care?

Once a pokemon has pokerus, it's always subject to its effects. It just loses its ability to spread it.

Not sure on the 2nd part, but every FAQ I've read says putting it in the PC is the only way of keeping it
