A Critical Hit

    What exactly is the critical hit rate for a regular attack, like Flamethrower, Swift, ect.? And then what is the rate for a high-critical hit rate move? (Leaf Blade, Slash, ect.)

    And also, how much does the rate increase when focus energy is used? Also with the Scope Lens.
     
    go to smogon.com/forums ---> go to the Stark Mountain forum ---> go to the D/P Research thread. they have a full analysis on the game mechanics of things like CH rates, all of which are quite accurate and reasonable.
