3rd Gen a few questions for fire red

i have a few questions i need the answer to please if you can help me out

1) when does pickachu learn thunder i am waiting for him to learn thunder so i can evolve him.

2) when is the best time to evolve eevee and to which form?

3)where do you find a ditto

1) Pikachu learns Thunder at level 41.

2)It's really up to preference. . .Jolteon is often viewed as the "best", however it's totally up to you. Which type do you find more fun, is how I figure it. :3

3) Ditto can be found East of Fuschia city on the grassy places, although they can also be found in Cerulean cave if your looking for a much stronger one. (IIRC, they can also be found in Cinnabar mansion.)

2) when is the best time to evolve eevee and to which form?

It's your preference, I like to evolve mine pretty early. And the form depends on which suits your team tbh. Just remember that you cannot get Umbreon or Espeon in FR/LG.
