Mechanics
ITT: The Steam Summer Sale this year got me exploring genres of games that I hadn't been exposed to a lot already. Playing the games, I really get to appreciate the hard work the developers put into the games to make them feel unique and not just another RPG or another FPS. On the other hand, a few systems seem a bit clunky and overworked. So, people, what are some in-game mechanics / systems which really stood out to you? Why? What were some which you feel could have been improved on?
