    I don't know if it's against forum rules to ask for this, but I have to at least make an attempt. I made a separate thread to ask this because I wasn't sure if it fit the Help/Request Thread criteria; I'm still a newbie here.

    Even though I was highly certain about RMXP not working on my comp, I saw a demo for Pokemon Acanthite; I'm a fan of what I saw on the official thread, and I HAD to at least download the demo, just to see if at least THAT would work. However, it wouldn't let me play it, saying it needed an RMXP RTP for it.

    My request, allowed or not (and I apologize if it's not), is for where I can get the necessary RTP so I can AT LEAST attempt to play it.

    This was found by searching in google for "rmxp rtp" clicking the first link and then following a link from that page.
     
    Thanks; if I thought it were THAT easy, I would've just Googled it & not even bothered with the topic. :P

    However, I've now run into another problem: it's still not recognizing that I have the RTP; is there something I'm supposed to do with it once I have it?

    Ah, I didn't notice that part; I'll try re-downloading the demo again, and see if it doesn't help.

    Damn, it's still not recognizing the RTP for some reason; either I'm missing something, or it's just the usual scenario of my comp being a doucheasaurus.

    I REALLY want to play the Acanthite demo, dammit!!!

    (well i bought it)
    and try to make your own pokemon game then you can
    play pokemon Acanthite demo
