Is recoil damage from /Wood hammer, Double edge/ Take down. ect/ affected by the pokemon that used the move and the pokemon attacked or something? Or is it the same each and every time, and if so, does anyone know what it is?

It's depends on the damage done. The more damage done. The more health is lost.

Bleach is right. I would also like to add that apparently, some moves seems to takes away more dmg to yourself than others, though I'm not sure. Probably the stronger the move, the more recoil damage.
