The Latias drawing really isn't bad... The thing than do it looks weird is the mouth (it looks put in the side of the face) . If you quit it I sure than looks better (that is because the mouth's placement dismatch with the position of the head)

Mmhmm... a work went bad (art)...
I liked how the drawing had turned out, but when I tried to tune it up digitally, the outlining thickened and didn't look very good.
