    i just said to myself why are we allowed to hack games on pc but were not allowed to have roms.is'nt hacking just as illegill as roms.

    The hacking isn't illegal I believe... as long as you retain copyrights and such.

    But the ROMs are very much illegal. =/

    Yeah. The ROMs are illegal. If you stick to Copyrights and such like Kaizer said, it's fine.
