Right, At this moment, I'm battling UXIE and i'm trying to catch it. When i thow a ultraball, it doesn't do nothing, not even one shake. But when i did it with a pokeball, it shook three times.
I mean, WTH? Any tips i could use?

I've used yawm about 5 times and it still didn't work.

EDIT: NVM i just caught it.

It's funny, for some reason, poké balls work better for me than Ultra balls if I've got it down in low red health (i.e. False Swipe). That's why I always carry 150 Poké Balls, 50 Great Balls, and 25-30 Ultra Balls (and usually nothing else).

For me i just bought a lot or ultra balls and dusk balls, lowered the health as far as i can, and keep throwing a ton ultra balls without a care, till the point i caught it.

ues a quick ball at the begginning so you can catch with 1 try if not keep soft reseting until you do.

It's all luck. Technically Ultra Balls have 2x the catch rate. What you experienced was merely a flip of luck.

Well, it happens all the time. So... I've got interesting luck.
I caught Regigigas in a Poké Ball
I caught Mesprit in a Poké Ball
    Giratina
    Azelf
    Uxie
    etc.

When Pokémon have a very low catching rate, there's really very little difference in throwing in leaving it in 1 HP, asleep or leaving it at full HP. So it's just pure luck. Just throw Dusk Balls or Ultra Balls. If you threw a Poké Ball that shook three times but didn't catch it, it means you could have caught it with a better one, I think.

Oh, and Heatran. He was crazy, I used 10 Ultra Balls (all I had left) with him at one HP, and it didn't shake at all. The second Poké Ball I threw, I got him.

    Crazy or what?

    oh please

one time in pokemon ruby I was battling rayquaza and my last pokeball was an normal one and it worked it was probably a american poke ball

Uxie and Azelf reminded me how irritatingly hard it is to catch ledgendaries...since Emerald I've been cloning Masterballs (for ledgendaries and shinies, if I ever came across them) so I completly forgot. I used my Masterball on Dialga.

When catching Uxie and Azelf I randomly threw Pokeballs, Ultraballs, Dusk Balls and Timer Balls. I caught one with a Dusk Ball the other with an Ultra. I used my Emerald Master Balls on all the other ledgendaries, I honestly can't be bothered with waiting around 20 mins hoping it'll catch for about 20 Pokemon.

I just saved myself the hours of battling and used Master Balls. Not like I'm going to use them in competition anyways. Legendaries are mere trophies.
