[Other✓] Advance map messes up tileset on insertion

I'm trying to update the standard Emerald tileset (1). But no matter what I do, advance map keeps inserting the tileset off-center, resulting in a blank map when I reload blocks. I've saved it as a .dib through both Infranview and MS Paint, I've tried copy and pasting it onto other tilesets and I've tried using both V1.92 and V1.95 but I get the same error. The file is definately indexed and other tilesets work fine, it's just this one that keep messing up. This image shows the result i'm getting:
[PokeCommunity.com] Advance map messes up tileset on insertion

And this is the tileset I'm trying to insert (as a png. obviously as imgur doesn't accept .dib).

I'm not a novice at this, I have triple checked the dimensions of the image, even changed it several times to see if it'd do anything, I just can't think what it could be. Well, I recently downloaded the 650 Emerald Patch which includes it's own AdvanceMap (1.92) but even if I use 1.95, which should be a seperate application, I still get the same result. Can someone please help me!?

That looks like an issue with the pallet. It may be because you copied it from a bmp or something along those lines.
But it is kinda odd that only part pf it if off.

It was the palette. It would only accept the new tileset if it used the same colours as the original, even though I've already changed the palette to the new one, which is weird. I don't remember this being the case before but thanks anyway!
