through the use of mystery gifts/events, the wild Pokemon will change, such as having Teddiursa and Houndour.

you have to do some trigger, I think it has something to do with e-cards, and a lot of rare pok?mon that can only be found there will appear (i.e. Smeargle, and some others...gotta check my resources again...)
