An odd photograph

Look at the framed picture in this attached pic (sorry about the size, I could only find it on a certain site named after a time-traveling pokemon). Is that an image of a mushroom cloud on the wall? I always found this very odd, and I thought I'd finally share it:

I believe it's from one of the ones in the Johto Articuno arc with Todd.

YOu are rigth. It is from one of the Johto with Articuno. It's not a mushroom cloud explorison. Its the mountain where they found Articuno. If you look closely you can see the base of the mountain and the cloulds cover the top of the mountain. I also thougth it was a mushroom clould too when I first saw it.
