Animation Request

I would like to have the following animation please!

FR/LG Male Trainer chasing a Tauros ICON (not sprite) around Area 3 of the Safari Zone. I can provide the pics for the trainer, tauros, and safari zone.

Basically, just have the Trainer go around the Safari Zone grass chasing the Tauros around trying to capture it.

Please put Tauros Fan Club on the bottom-right corner in any font that is visible and any color.

I wasn't sure who to ask or where to ask, so I'm just hoping this is the best place. Thanks!
