Yakitate Japan! is one of the best series in anime that is related to food(baking to be exact). Ever.

Kanon. Never really watched a lot. Just read. o.o *rebembers to watch Kanon2 in the fall*

My vote goes to Yakitate!.

I think I heard about Yaitate Japan! but not Kanon. And also I haven't seen them. ^^; But I think Yaitate Japan! sounds more interesting than Kanon.

Kanon for me, it's way shorter than Yakitate Japan!, but in my opinion, it's the better of the shows. It was a nice romance and had great characters and pretty good, although sometimes generic, comedy and character development.

I'd say Kanon... because Ayu's uguu is cute. Also it had a nice story, so it's all good. I watched some of Yakitate Japan, it's okay, but I never really caught up with it.
