2nd Gen Annoying catch rate

    Like the title says the catch rate is pretty annoying in silver. I just got up to sudowodo and couldn't catch it. It wax paralyzed and with - that much health. I used an ultra ball, two great balls, and two poke balls. My final ball was a lure ball. So I said what are the chances of catching it? Guess what I did. I coudn't with the second best ball and the the best
    chanes of catching- it had a paralyzation stat and 1 hp- so how can it happen?! Annoying catch rate thats what
