i have a good answer: WAIT AND SEE. ._.
What color are they?? The Japanese cards were normal-colored, so I doubt the english ones will be. If so, obviously Diamond's going to be blue or blue-ish. Pearl? That's harder. I doubt they'd have good sales with a rose-colored DS cartridge, since many gamers seem to think that the color pink threatens their sexual orientation... idiots. I think it's just for that reason that both games' cartridges will be normal-colored.

Since the Japanese versions are normal colored, I don't see why the English ones would be any different.
