This might be my main NetBattle team, but I want to see what you guy think first.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Roar
    - Rock Slide

    DDPhazerTar. Taunt is so OU.

    Blaziken (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Endure
    - Hidden Power [Ghost]
    - Reversal
    - Swords Dance

Yes, this is very old. Its worked out for me so far, since most people don't expect Blazikens to know Reversal anymore.

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Fire Punch
    - Psychic
    - Recover

Timid Nature and Speed EVs to outspeed the other Alakazams and Psychics out there.

    Snorlax (M) @ Chesto Berry
    Trait: Immunity
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Belly Drum
    - Rest
    - Return
    - Shadow Ball

    Standard except for Belly Drum.

    Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 4 HP / 100 Atk / 252 Spd / 152 SAtk
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Endeavor
    - Hidden Power [Water]
    - Leaf Blade
    - Substitute

    A speedy all-around Sceptile.

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Illuminate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt

    Well, its pretty standard.

    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Roar
    - Rock Slide

Tyranitar is out of place in this team and will give it lots of trouble.

    Blaziken (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Fire Blast/Overheat
    - Rock Slide
    - Sky Uppercut

    - Swords Dance

A Reversaler on the same team as a Tyranitar?!? You'll die to Sandstream before you can pull off a Reversal. Might as well use the standard set with Sky Uppercut.

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Fire Punch
    - Psychic
    - Recover

Just about every Alakazam out there is Timid, so you won't be doing any outspeeding. Still, a standard set.

    Snorlax (M) @ Chesto Berry
    Trait: Immunity
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Curse
    - Rest
    - Return
    - Shadow Ball

Belly Drum Lax doesn't work on the same team as a Tyranitar. Sandstream eats away at your vital HP and without any Defense or HP EVs, Lax will easily get KOed by the majority of physical attacks out there. And if that doesn't happen, Lax will get phazed away as soon as they see you using Belly Drum. Curse is far better.
Also, give Snorlax enough EVs for 180-200 Defense and put in plenty for HP. Never max out Attack or Special Attack.
Also, make the trait Thick Fat.

    Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 4 HP / 100 Atk / 252 Spd / 152 SAtk
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Leech Seed
    - Hidden Power [Ice/Fire]

    - Leaf Blade
    - Substitute

Again, Endeavor Sceptile won't work with a Tyranitar on the same team. Leech Seed is your other option.
Make the Hidden Power and Ice or Fire type please. Fire types are rarely seen in OU, and Sceptile has far more trouble with Skarmory or Dragons/Celebi.
Why are there Attack EVs on Sceptile? Remove them and max out Special Attack. Make the Nature Timid.

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Illuminate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt

Not really standard. Standard Starmies have Rapid Spin, less Speed and Sp. Atk, and more Defense and HP. Also, make the Nature Timid.
Oh, and change the useless Iluminate into Natural Cure.

I guess I have to get rid of Tyranitar if I want to keep most of these movesets.

EDIT: I got rid of my Tyranitar because of the stupid Sand Stream ability and got another Rock-type that can serve as a physical wall.

    Regirock @ Leftovers
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Counter
    - Curse
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide

    I don't know about Counter.

major props for using regirock cept replace counter with rest or in the very least, explosion.
You're ev's need help tho..Max hp and distribute between Att, Def. Alternatively, you can pull down hp alittle and drop some EV's into SpDef.After all, regirock has a nice base 100 SpDef.

Regirock doesn't really need much Defence on a Cursing set. Max HP, give it like 520 Defence with Impish and put the rest in Attack. You can give it Sp. Defence as well if you wish.

    Regirock - Explosion over Counter

Blaziken - HP Ice/thunderpunch/Fire Blast/Sky Uppercut if you want anything other then the reversal set

Snorlax - It can't belly drum effectivly, they hit you, you belly drum, you have basically no hp left, lax dies. Waste of a pokemon right there. use Curse > Belly Drum and use Leftovers, Chesto is nice in theory but losing leftovers recovery on a tank just hinders you in the long run, plus it can surive the rest pretty easily after a curse or two

USE THICK FAT, you don't need immunity you have rest

Sceptile - sub/endeavour/leaf blade/hp ice otherwise salamence lols at you, and hp water doesn't really hit anything worthwhile hard, fire types aren't exactly common and you have thick fat snorlax which can switch into fire attacks anyway, well you should have thick fat snorlax

Starmie - more like natural cure > illuminate, evs are too basic. Timid works better, and needs rapid spin > thunderbot or ice beam

absolutly nothing on this team can switch into a heracross Megahorn or Brick break, zapdos gives you problems atm as belly drum snorlax has no chance against it
