Recover for Milotic. Always. Safeguard would defeat the purpose of its trait: Marvel Scale, which boosts its defense by 1.5 when status effected iirc. And that's useful, isn't it?

Trickband/FP on Furret, and wtf is up with the EVs. 240 Spd/252 Atk/Rest in HP

Medicham must only be used as a CBer, he hits so hard that you wouldn't dream of putting in Def. EVs. High Jump Kick/Fake Out/Shadow Ball/Rock Slide. 252/252/6.

For Milotic Surf/IB/Recover/Hypnosis. Give it 244 SAtk stat (enough to kill Salamence), max out defense, and spread the rest in HP and Speed.

Now Altaria...again with the EVs. Dragon Claw/Fire Blast/Sing/Rest. Modest nature with lots of Sp. Atk, 240 Spd, rest in HP.

I have no idea with Meganium. But from first glance, I think you need to put in a bit more walls. Regice will a field day-only Medicham can stop him. Milotic to thunderbolt, Altaria, Meganium and Scyther with Ice Beam. And he badly walls Furret.
