when is it coming out?
and what would be the best moves to teach it?

First the Shaymin movie has to be released then the Arceus movie after that. Probably in 2 to 3 years in Japan (Arceus movie). So the US and Aus+UK woul be longer, like 5+ years. Darkrai movie hasn't even been released anywhere else but Japan so asking is kinda annoying.

the time hasnt been anounced yet, but its gonna come out at a nintendo/pokemon event. and arceus changes its type depending on what plate its holding, so you might wanna just teach it moves from your favorite type ^^

No one knows (i think) when the Arceus Event will open but probably the best move for Arceus is Judgment. Its the same type as what plate it holds. I don't know a good moveset for it though.

judgement,dont forget mirrior coat or reflect,and bump that i would use pokesave and just give it wonderguard
