    As stated in the title:

    "Are there any Pokemon whose type doesn't fit them?"

    This basically means a Pokemon has a certain type, yet looks like it should have a different one.

    So, what do you think?

    mabe gligar should have poison,but when it evolves ground but with both pokemon having flying typeS

    charizard should be dragon/fire (but also learn real dragon moves dragon rage doesnt count)

    and the same thing for gyarados. It should be water and dragon

    Agreed with Azurill and Seviper >:I

    I always thought Luxio and Luxray were Electric-Dark. D:

    I'd say the Porygon family.

    For the longest time I thought they were psychic type. Mostly because they used moves like psybeam and could learn psychic. I still think they should be. :)

    charizard should be dragon/fire (but also learn real dragon moves dragon rage doesnt count)
    I'm guessing the reason Pokemon like Charizard and Sceptile never got the Dragon-type is because of the reputation dragon Pokemon have of being "rare" and "mythical". Starters aren't rare at all, as allevery player gets them.

    For me it's Palkia. I just don't see the Water-type in it.

    Lets see.

    Magikarp= Uber/n00bSmasher
    Gyarados=Water/Dragon

    I am seriously annoyed that it is water/flying. Does so not fit

    Already been said, Azurill and Porygon. Everytime I fight them, I use Dark and Electric moves. And Seadra, thought it was Water/Dragon. :S

    Sudowoodo. Why is it a rock type? It looks like a tree, and it even has "wood" in its name!
    I know that there's no wood type, but why not grass?

    Also, I agree that Gyarados should be Water/Dragon. It just fits a lot better.

    Azurill should be Water. Palkia should be Psychic/Dragon. Gyarados should be Water/Dragon. The only problem with Water/Dragon though, is that it would make it a lot more powerful (its only weakness, Dragon, would be rare and it would get STAB for its Dragon moves) and it already is really powerful.

    i wonder how many of these threads are there D:

    oh well. yanmega should have been bug/dragon! dragonfly c'mon!!!

    revelp8 has the right idea, needs moar dragonfly xD
    And lol, trapinch is sooo bug/ground -___-

    The only problem i have is with Gyarados, never understood where flying came from, of course it should be Water/Dragon

    Gyarados is already insanely uberpowerful, it doesn't need the Dragon type to boost it further, else it would be Uber.

    Yanmega should be Bug/Dragon (dragonfly), Psyduck should be Water/Psychic (I mean COME ON!), Nosepass should be Rock/Electric (compass), Lumineon should be Water/Bug (Butterfly fish) and Lugia should be Water/Flying (beast of the sea, people!).

    I don't know why the hell Palkia is Water/Dragon. I think it was only Water/Dragon because the two types go well together, because Palkia has nothing to do with water at all.
