    ASAP - Pokémon Edition
    Welcome to ASAP: Pokémon Board Game Edition! Race against friends to name Pokémon-themed answers as fast as possible. This board game will take place live on Discord. Speaking isn't required. Hope to see you there!

    Gameplay order:
    1. Players roll dice to see who goes first.
    2. Roll a dice to move your pawn and see which category you land on (e.g., Kanto)
    3. A letter of the alphabet will be randomly chosen. (e.g., "D")
    4. Players all compete to type an answer fastest. (e.g., "Ditto" or "Dewgong")
    5. Whoever types out an answer first gets the next turn. It's all about being quick! They get to roll the dice, repeating rules 2-5.
    6. Players progress on the board as the game proceeds. Eventually a player will land on the "Finish" space. This player picks a final category from the board. If they call out an answer fastest, they win. Otherwise the game continues until any player on the Finish tile wins a round.
    Rules:
    1. If a player lands on a category tile which has gym badge symbol, then the next time that player has a turn, they roll two dice.
    2. If no player can think of an answer, or if there is no possible answer, the judge will draw a new letter for that category.
    3. If there's a disagreement on whether an answer fits the category, the judge will make the call.
    4. Regional forms you do not need to fully type out i.e. if a category "Ice Type" and you type Sandslash then that will count as Alolan Sandslash.
    5. Regional forms count as being introduced in the region/generation that form comes from i.e. A-Sandslash counts as being introduced in Gen 7/Alola, not Gen1/Kanto.
    6. You will need to join our Discord server and be able to access voice chat to play. This is because I will be calling out categories and letters, as well as sharing my screen so you can see the board.

    Apologies for no round yesterday, but our next round starts in 2 hours! For returning players, I've made a new board and added a new mechanic so I definitely recommend turning up!

    EDIT: not feeling very well so will be calling this one off as well I'm afraid
