Yes, it's from the latest episode in Japan, "The Film Riding On Camerupt"
It's basically a filler, about some guy who is trying to get a movie to some town, so some little kids can see it. Ash and co then have flashbacks from when they were in the cinemas and saw a Pok?mon movie.
Ash, ironically enough, saw a movie about Red, the character from a popular Japanese manga, who Ash is based off XD

And May have seen a parody on Titanic with a Xatu and Natu. Very amusing.
