I hate all of them. Azurill has the second worst stats ever (nothing can be lower than Sunkern XD), Marill was to overhyped by the anime, and Azumarill could have been so much better. But... I'll just go with Azumarril, as it has got at least one above-par stat in its high HP. ^_^
