[General] Back and forth trading to complete my Pokedex (Help please)

So, I'm getting pretty close to completing my pokedex.. I'm at around 570 pokemon. I was wondering if anyone's interested in doing back and forth trading.

I've done this trading before several times. You can definitely trust me. I have friends who I've traded with on instagram - if you'd like, I can screenshot our conversation during the trades and you could personally ask them about the trading yourself.

Anywho, here's a list of some pokemon I'd like to trade back and forth. I'll trade you a random pokemon you can keep, and I'll trade you your pokemon back for a new one I don't have in my pokedex.
