People don't understand that below level 9 mews are HACKED, odd thing is though on the GTS there is a level 1 shiny mew looking for a mew below level 9 :/.

The answer is that hacked/illegal Mew can only be put up on offer on the GTS.Not Actually sent to another person who is looking for one.

Your best bet would be to put up a shiny asking for one, and see what happens :P
