    Lol, i made one liekt hsi earleir, but no one posted. But sicne i ahve some friends round here that like basketball, i decided to make another one!

    Anyways, this thread is dedicated to teh wonderful sport of basketball. Everyone ehre is allowed to speak of any form of basketball, wheter it be the NBA, ur high school/college teams, or even international play. Just chill out here adn talk bout anything and everything related to this wonderful sport.

    And just to point out the obvious in a little rant, basketball should be counted as.. A CANADIAN SPORT, why you ask? Because John Naismith invented the sport, and he is canadian. Thing is, he invented it while lviing in the U.S.

    Anywho, everyoen is welcome and the rules here are the exact same as PC rules.

    Anyways, no offense, but the Nets can go to **** (H-E- Double hockeysticks) cuz they ahve VC who purposly played bad in Toronto just to get traded away.... bah..

    anyways, SL who d'you think is gunna win ROY (Rookie of the year) this year? I hope its either Barngani or Garbajosa... both have eben playing brilliantly as of late. And guess what.. in the Atlantic division, its the Raptors adn The Nets head to Head... :P

    nooo TMAC went to Orlando after Toronto traded him away, and then he went to Houston. Hes an allstar (again) for them.. alongside with Yao Ming.
    Rele? You agree that Garbo should win ROY? Hehe, he is rele good, but he is in his 30's so he is quite the experienced rookie. Lolz, im surprised you didn't suggest Marcus Willaims who is the rookie on the Nets. And the Nets don't need Iverson, they have Kidd, which is wayy better. And with Kidd, you have RJ and VC, its quite a dissapointment that NJ is doing so bad.
     
    Yeah can i join? i like basketball. But i haven't been watching it lately so i'm not up to date anyways my fav. team is the Rockets since i live right outside of Houston but other than that my second fav. team is also the Nets because of VC plus i love J-kids passing skills.
    Oh yea SL Mcgrady still plays for the Rockets.

    Anywayz, eys thankfully someone agreed with me on the subject that Jason is a good PG. I don't liek the Nets though, im sorry, but the Raptors are like, rivals with the rest of the division (mainly NY though). Actually i take that abck, Raptors are mainly rivals with the Nets and Knicks >.> plus i like Boston with Wally+Paul.
     
    Funny i used to live in Massachusetts but i never got into their sports teams when it came to the redsocks i supported the Yankees ( of course i downright hate baseball) and the Celtics i liked but not that much i always supported the Knicks because of my dad and brother.
     
    lolz, sounds like u've moved around alot. So hey, guys, what is your ALLTIME (past present, international, anything) fav bball player? Me? I'd say either Baron Davis (Cuz he's like Steve Nash but just so much more dangerous adn creative when scoring) or Deen Marshall, which is a friend of mine, hes a year younger than me and were both on the junoir basketball team XD and believe me, hes awesome..


    Edit: Delhi?!? You lvie in Canada?? Or is there just another Delhi in the US of A?
     
    Probably Vince Carter he's a great player and i love watch him on the All-star game because of his insane dunking skills. But back when the lakers were the kings i used to like Fisher because of his amazing three point skills.
     
    Ahaha, back then there was Robert Horry adding to that 3point threat. And currently, i believe Derek Fisher has retired this eyar, but he is(or was) playing in Golden State (One of my fav teams) and was an excellent stealer/defender... on my NBA Live 2005 game for XBOX, i used him all the time!! I'd have him as the OG, Baron Davis as the SG and Jay-Rich as the SF... deadly line up, kinda small, but deadly...
     
    Oh yeah i forgot one guy, He was Latrel Sprewell Awesome player i even had a jersey of him. Oh yeah i believe Fisher stills plays for Golden State.

    Anyways, is anyone here trying out for the CANUSA team? Btw CANUSA is Canada vs. USA XD and its like kids olympics between the two contries, my Grandpa is an executive in that palce.. adn im tryin out for the basketball team there!! Adn thing is, USA is coming to Canada this year, and the USA peoples get to stay in our house for the weekend, so if you guys are joinin the team, maybe you could stay at my house for a bit!! XD lolz

    shaq did so good with the lakers now he is doing better i think with the heats
     
    Ya, he was with MJ, awesome duo, and then you add Steve Kerr in, amazing team.. went 72-10 for one season, adn guess what, one of their losses that season was to the Raptors!!! 110-108 or somffin >:]
