[Other] Battle backgrounds, hp bars, etc?

Does anyone have and ips/ups patch for pokemon emerald that will add hg/ss (or platinum https://www.spriters-resource.com/ds/pkmnplatinum/sheet/18502/) battle backgrounds, hp bars, text boxes, etc? Everyone seems to have them in their hacks but I cant find a patch resource for them, just images that I have problems inserting!

HP box pal #2 maybe: 08D11BA4

Battle Textbox: 08D00000
Batte Textbox Tilemap: 08D0051C
Battle Textbox Pal: 08D004D8

Yes. Image and tilemap location may differ.
