Please tell me what you think. I would like to get the scope lens or the choice brace but I do not want to do that battle tower stuff. I just got all 6 badges, which took a whole lot of time, and I just have the Battle Tower left to defeat. I think this team will be ok agaisnt Anabel, your thoughts?

What good is Persim Berry. You'll rarely ever get confused. Leftovers are better. Meteor Mash is a must on all Metagross. Metang learns it at Level 50, but it looks like you evolved yours too early. Try to plan ahead next time.

Salamence Lv50
Item: Choice Band
-Flamethrower
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-Rock Slide

Fly sucks, Headbutt is weak, and you should never use Hidden Power because it'll never be the type and power that is most effective.

Latios Lv50
Item: Quick Claw
-Recover
-Calm Mind
-Ice Beam
-Dragon Claw

Again, Fly sucks. Replace it with Calm Mind and you're good to go.

This is disgusting. I hope aragornbird saw that you put a Quick Claw on Latios! Latios is good using Calm Mind and Recover and Calm Mind more and sweep. Flamethrower and Thunderbolt are opinions as well. Psychic if you want another STAB move.

You can't use two of the same items in the Battle Frontier. Quick Claw might as well be as good as you can get without Leftovers or Soul Dew. It might come in handy too.

Trait: Clear Body
Meteor Mash
Shadow Ball
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Fun stuff. Clear Body messes up lots of things (I lol as Scary Face Machamps and things). A Choice Banded Meteor Mash pretty much KOes everything that's not resistant to Steel.

Fire Blast is mainly for Skarmory/Forretress/Steelix/Scizor. Intimidate is helpful around the Battle Pike and Battle Pyramid for keeping wild Pokemon encounters down.
