Believe in UFO?

It's not necessarily just some old trend of crazy people rambling. Apparently, it's enough for several Canadian universities to put some strong efforts into it. Well, it's enough to make the news of 736 reported sightings of UFO across Canada in 2006.

What about you? Supporter of mysterious beings that are visiting the earth in their saucers, or just a skeptic that this is all fictional work of someone trying to grab attention?

But to answer the question, I don't believe in UFOs and abductions and all that, but I do believe that there is life somewhere else in this universe.

I kind of believe there's life out there. We live in a large universe; it seems impossible for there not to be life out there. But I'm a person who needs proof before I believe (except for religion, but that's another story). Until I see them with my own eyes or proof comes from a reliable source, I believe we're alone in this universe.

However, I don't quite believe in UFOs. It seems a little farfetched, if you ask me. In this era, it's so easy to edit pictures and videos, especially if you have something like Photoshop. How can I believe the majority of pictures or vidoes that I see when people might have edited them for fame or fortune? Many other people might believe them, but I'm not quite that gullible.

There's a possibility there's real UFOs out there, but until I see them with my real eyes, I won't believe what others say.

In short, UFOs are fake. I just believe in magical aliens :D

I think there is life out there but i also think that they would not have a reason to interact with us in the open because they are probably 100x more advanced than we are.
I have not seen it with my own eyes so that is why i feel that way.

As Nayana said, it is so easy in this day and age to doctor up any photo. Elephants can waterski, dogs can work on computers, and UFOs can be in the sky. Science has proved that there is life out there, however it isn't the kind to go flying around probing people.

If I see UFO at least thrice with my eyes, then maybe I believe it. But I rarely look at the sky anyway. Had not seen any yet, so that means no.

Well, that's because we're just so cool in Canada. XD

Just a few weeks ago I was listening to the radio and they ahd some guests on. Apparently they were experts on UFOs, and said that all the UFOs that have "supposedly" been seen are not from out time period, but rather travel here using quantum physics. This would be an explanation for their sporadic movements as well. The UFOs are us from the future or something like that.

Don't know if I subscribe to that, but I do believe in life beyond our planet. The universe is just so vast, that there must be something out there, no matter how advanced or primitive it may be.

Well, anything unidentified and flying is technically a UFO, but- uh... nevermind.

I don't believe in them. People may think that's what they saw, but it could just as easily be something else, or they could have just imagined the whole thing. Some people are just liars, trying make UFO believers get excited over nothing, and then laugh at them behind their backs.

Plus, the idea of having flashing lights on them makes no sense at all. If they're trying to conceal their existence, they wouldn't put bright lights on them. If they aren't trying to hide anything, why don't they land and say 'Hi'?... or whatever it is they say.

I just think that there's a simpler explanation for 99% of UFO sightings.

I think the whole 'I saw a UFO' is just a bunch of c*** (no offense guys), but aliens.. yeah I'm almost 100 % sure they exist. I mean space is soo big, we can't just be the only living beings there! :/

Well most pictures I've seen of "UFOs" aren't really too convincing.

Life couldn't have formed before a certain point in the universes history, so I doubt other races (if they exist) would've developed the technology and if so, they can't travel beyond a certain speed, so I doubt we would've encountered any before now.

My conclusion is that there may be some sentient beings elsewhere but I cannot tell for certain, so I'll just wait and see what happens.
