3rd Gen best starter pokemon

Charmander is the best starter, because i love all evolutions of him.
 
For RS, it depends on which game you have. I think Mudkip is the best, but since I have sapphire, I usually choose Torchic, because I'll bet getting kyogre, and I would rather have Kyogre that Swampert in my party.

well TORCHIC is probably better
but I like Treecko 'cuz it's single type so it's weaknesses are limited
it really just depends on what you like and I like Treecko

torchic to me is the best starter....then charmender..i think...obvioulsy i like fire startes
