BF in HGSS

Now that DPPt's Battle Frontier is going to be in HGSS as well with no difference (that I could see), do you think it has a role in the HGSS saga (if there is one)? If it has, who is challenging it? The new female character? Emerald? Or it won't play a part because Platinum has already challenged it?

I doubt they will have BF in HGSS arc. If the BF is really included in HGSS arc, wouldn't it will be boring and repeating the story? By the way, there won't be a new female. I believe it will be Crystal. Take Blue and Red as examples. Blue's old and new outfit aren't the same person in the game, but Blue is still the same person in the manga. Other than changing the outfit, Blue's hair changed as well. And Red's outfit changed as well, but his hair remains the same hair as we saw in the RBGY and GSC arc. So I think Crystal will wear Kotone's outfit, remain the same hair. There might be chances for her to change her hairstyle. Her hair colour was brown if you see the cover of Volume 27.

It's impossible to say. Old Blue never appeared in the game, other than on the early art. And that was the only proof of her existence. I wouldn't call old Blue a "game character" at all. So, we can't judge whether FR/LG Blue is based on the old One or not. I would say that she is. "RG" girl had no value of a character at all, she was just a concept.

She is still a concept, however Hidenori Kusaka probably knew this cause the manga was usually released after the game, She wasn't in there as well.

Blue and FR/LG Girl isn't the same but they filled in the gap in Special/Adventure by Silver who made/gave her the clothes. Nobody cares if Blue is this or that. She is the the storyline of Adventures/Special. So I wouldn't care about it.

If the battle frontier still existed. Oh God, Might as well add D/P/P with it because HGSS also has it. New foes perhaps?

Im seriously thinking for Crystal to keep her clothing as it or her clothes rips and uses Kotone's Outfit.
